At Furry Pitbull home, we understand that a new puppy cannot replace the one you lost, but we believe that welcoming another furry companion can help ease your sadness. Our health guarantee is in place to offer reassurance and support in the unlikely event of a health issue.

Replacement Guarantee

First Year: If your puppy passes away within one year from its birth due to genetic issues or is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or hereditary disorder that adversely affects its health, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no additional cost.

After the First Year: Should your puppy pass away due to life-threatening congenital defects after the first year, you will receive a credit worth 50% of the original purchase price towards a replacement puppy of equal value.

Verification Requirements: The buyer’s licensed veterinarian must provide us with a certificate confirming the exact cause of death through necropsy/autopsy. If the death is attributed to a genetic defect and not neglect, we will replace the puppy as soon as one becomes available. You will also need to provide the microchip that came with the puppy to verify its origin.

Guarantee Validity Requirements

To ensure your puppy remains healthy and your health guarantee stays valid, we kindly ask for the following:

Initial Vet Examination
Email us a copy of the puppy’s initial examination report, conducted by a licensed veterinarian, within 10 business days of receiving your puppy. This examination should not involve vaccinations, as the puppy will arrive with up-to-date vaccinations.

Microchip Identification
Ensure your puppy’s microchip information is up to date. If a replacement is required, this will help verify the puppy’s identity.

Continued Health Maintenance

• Continue deworming and conduct regular veterinary exams up to 16 weeks of age or more.
• Schedule routine check-ups with your veterinarian every six months.

Required Documentation

• Keep all documents from the original purchase, including registration papers if applicable.
• Maintain accurate vet records showing consistent health maintenance.

Voiding the Guarantee

Please note that failing to meet the above conditions will void the health guarantee.
